Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms
Section titled “Acceptance of Terms”By installing, accessing, or using Quick Updates (“the app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the app.
These Terms apply to all users of Quick Updates, including individuals and organizations accessing the app through a monday.com account.
Description of Service
Section titled “Description of Service”Quick Updates is a monday.com app that provides reusable text templates (canned responses) for the monday.com Updates section. It allows users to create, manage, and apply templates with dynamic placeholders to single or multiple board items.
The app is offered under a freemium model, with a free tier and paid plans available. Features, plan limits, and pricing are subject to change at any time.
License
Section titled “License”WellRiverDev grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Quick Updates solely for your internal business purposes in connection with your monday.com account.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the app in any way that violates monday.com’s Terms of Service or applicable law
- Use the app to transmit harmful, unlawful, or abusive content
User Responsibilities
Section titled “User Responsibilities”You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your monday.com account in connection with Quick Updates. You agree to:
- Use the app only for lawful purposes
- Comply with monday.com’s Terms of Service and platform policies
- Ensure that any content you create using the app (including templates and updates) does not violate the rights of any third party
Service Plans
Section titled “Service Plans”Quick Updates is available under a free tier and one or more paid plans. The specific features, usage limits, and pricing associated with each plan are displayed within the app and on our website, and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the app after a plan change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for that plan.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Section titled “Disclaimer of Warranties”Quick Updates is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. WellRiverDev does not warrant that:
- The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
- The app will meet your specific requirements or expectations
- Any errors or defects will be corrected
- The results obtained from using the app will be accurate or reliable
Your use of the app is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
Section titled “Limitation of Liability”To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WellRiverDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or content
- Missed updates or communications
- Business interruption or loss of revenue
- Any harm arising from your use of or inability to use the app
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, even if WellRiverDev has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Intellectual Property
Section titled “Intellectual Property”The app, including its design, code, and functionality, is the intellectual property of WellRiverDev and is protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the app.
Template content and updates you create using the app remain your property. By using the app, you grant WellRiverDev no rights to your content beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the service.
Termination
Section titled “Termination”You may stop using Quick Updates at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account. Upon uninstallation, data deletion follows the process described in our Privacy Policy.
WellRiverDev reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or that continued access poses a risk to the service or other users.
Changes to These Terms
Section titled “Changes to These Terms”We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Quick Updates after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Governing Law
Section titled “Governing Law”These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
